Usually, we can correct the problem with a remake. A phone call may be the quickest & easiest way to solve the issue.
We ask that you return the pictures you want replaced to us. Always return pictures you want remade directly to us. Returning pictures through the store or school will delay your request and increase the chance of confusion.
The following are some of the problems that can be corrected with a remake:
Please fill out the information on the reorder form. This will allow us to handle your remake or refund more quickly.
In the body of the order form write a short note to tell us what you would like us to do. The pictures do not have to have a lot of protective packaging.
A plain 9x12 envelope will do. If you do not have a reorder form and can't print one from the reorders page of this website, be certain to
include your name, address, phone number and when and where the pictures were taken.
Please remember, we want you to be satisfied. You may always call us at 800.631.6247. If it is not convenient for you to call during our office hours, please leave a message and someone will call you at a time that is convenient for you.
Remakes & Refunds
• Pose Selection Our photographers take several poses and we select the best poses for
your package. Reasonable people can disagree about which poses are best. If you would be satisfied by having a pose you don't like reprinted in a pose that you do like, just ask. Return the pictures you want reprinted and a billfold print of the pose you want. The billfold print will be returned with your reprinted pictures.
• Printing Defects or Damage Return the defective or damaged prints to us and we will reprint them. In some cases it may be best to call us first to be certain that the defect is something we can correct. If not, providing you with a different pose may be a better solution.
• Eyeglass Reflections Our photographers have the equipment and training to photograph most subjects without any reflections. Some glasses are more difficult and sometimes the photographer just blew it. Please call us. We can usually correct this problem.
We hope you are pleased with your pictures. If you are ever dissatisfied with your pictures
we will refund everything you have paid or reprint the pictures to your satisfaction.
We only refund complete packages for pictures photographed in a store and full sheets for pictures photographed in a school. Please check with your store or school before returning the pictures to us. If the store or school still has the original paperwork it may be more convenient for them to give you the refund.
