Your local organaization has partnered with us to provide quality family
portraits in their community for a very good price. This is how it works.
Schedule your appointment
Call the sponsoring
organization or our office to schedule your appointment. When you schedule your appointment you will be asked to pay
a deposit. You may change your appointment at any time. Your deposit will be refunded at any time at your request.
Plan your portrait sitting
It does't have to be just the family. We can do the children or parents separately.
Maybe you would like father and son or mother and daughter poses.
Clothing changes are fine. We photograph the next family and you can take your time
with the clothing change.

Have your portrait taken
Arriving a few minutes early is better than a few minutes late. We will accomodate you either
way. If you are late the next family will be photographed and we will do your portraits next. It's not a problem.
If you want the children or parents photographed
separately, please ask. Maybe you would like a father/son, mother/daughter pose. These additional poses may be
substituted for poses in the family package or they may be purchased separately.
Clothing changes are fine. Don't
be afraid to ask if the photographer doesn't. You will not be taking too much of our time.
Pick up your portraits
When
your portraits are taken you will set up a time and day to pick up your portraits.
We select the best poses for your package. Most people are very pleased with the poses we select.
If for any reason you are not happy with a pose we will reprint those pictures in one of the other poses.
Any additional poses that were taken may be purchased at this time.
If you want more pictures in a size or pose they can be reordered at this time.
Members of the sponsoring organization will help you with your decisions. Our representative will be available.
All orders should be paid at this time. We accept personal checks and most debit and credit cards.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a pose or print we will do a remake or refund everything
you have paid. The only restriction is that we do not sell partial packages. The basic package is the minimum
purchase.
Additional prints and reorders
The additional prints that are already printed are $15 per sheet. A sheet is an 8x10
or 1-5x7 and 4 billfolds in the same pose.
Prints that we do not already have
printed are reorders. Reorders are also $15 per sheet plus a $10 handling charge per order.

does a lot of the work. We spend a lot on photographers and print production and almost nothing on sales.
